Associate Executive, Office of Patient Experience

You will provide administrative support, including managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with training and system updates. The role also includes handling invoices, mail, logistics, and office supplies.

In addition, you will support Med‑Legal activities, such as maintaining the Med‑Legal Library on the intranet to ensure resources remain current and accessible. You will also assist with feedback management by handling enquiries via calls and emails, and coordinating follow‑up actions where required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or GCE ‘N’ Level/Equivalent with 6 years’ relevant experience
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
