- Help drive execution and coordination across fundraising processes, ensuring documents, trackers, follow-ups, approvals, and deliverables move forward accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conference participation, fundraising events, and internal team activities.
- Prepare meeting materials, fundraising presentations, investor communications, reporting packages, and organizational materials for internal and external use.
- Manage investor records, CRM updates, fundraising pipelines, relationship management documentation, and internal tracking systems.
- Assist with investor onboarding, subscription documentation, close trackers, due diligence requests, data room access, and ongoing investor information requests.
- Coordinate and follow up with third-party administrators, custodians, platforms, and service providers (including CAIS, Ultimus, and similar partners) to support fundraising and onboarding workflows.
- Serve as a point person for existing client relationships by responding to inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service.
- Track fundraising activity, investor engagement, outstanding action items, and key business development initiatives across the platform.
- Support senior team members by coordinating follow-up actions, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring operational workflows are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Partner with internal teams across investments, operations, compliance, legal, and marketing to support fundraising, onboarding, and investor relations efforts.
- Assist in developing and improving processes, reporting, organizational systems, and operational workflows to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct research and analysis on investors, market trends, fundraising opportunities, and industry developments as needed.
- Support manager review and diligence processes by helping organize materials, summarize information, maintain diligence notes, and coordinate internal review workflows.
- Participate in client and investor meetings to gain exposure to relationship management, fundraising activities, and private markets investing.
- Take on increasing responsibility for investor communications, diligence coordination, relationship support, and fundraising initiatives as experience and knowledge develop.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0–2+ years of professional experience in investment operations, private funds, fund administration, asset management, wealth management, investor relations, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, workflows, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of recurring processes and operational responsibilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb new systems, workflows, and fundraising processes efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and desire to learn the private markets and fundraising business.
