We advise comprehensively on all aspects of international trade law, in particular in the areas of trade compliance including export controls, sanctions and customs law, foreign investment screening, trade barriers and market access, as well as WTO law.

Our core strengths include:

  • Trade barriers and trade defence instruments (including anti-dumping and anti-subsidy law)

What we are looking for

  • Strong legal credentials and excellent written and spoken English and German.
  • Additional academic qualifications, such as an LL.M. or doctorate, are valued but not required.
  • A keen interest in business-driven legal issues and the commercial context in which our clients operate.
  • An international mindset, intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for complex cross-border matters.
  • A collaborative approach, entrepreneurial attitude and the confidence to take ownership early on.
