It is a deeply education\-informed position situated at the intersection of<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>academic innovation, curriculum design, student experience, and evidence\-based institutional storytelling.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> This role will serve as the voice that makes academic change<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>legible, relevant, and inspiring,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>grounded in a genuine understanding of how learning works.<\/span><\/span><\/span> We are not looking for someone who has learned about education from the outside. We seek someone who has lived and understood academic systems \u2014 someone who understands pedagogy, curriculum, and learning models and can communicate about them with credibility, precision, and passion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Serve as the lead writer and narrative architect for communicating academic innovations across the university.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Translate complex educational models<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>including competency\-based education, blended learning, active pedagogy, and outcome\-based curriculum design<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>into clear and engaging communication for students, faculty, and public audiences.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop flagship academic documents such as white papers, academic innovation reports, curriculum change narratives, and impact reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conceptualize and design academic communication assets including learning models, teaching frameworks, and institutional reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the full lifecycle of academic assets<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>from concept and drafting to design, review, publication, and version control across digital and print formats.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate closely with faculty and academic leadership to translate educational strategy into accessible communication.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and lead multi\-channel communication strategies that support students across key academic touchpoints, including course registration, academic policies, feedback systems, and program milestones.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop segmented, data\-informed messaging that is personalized, timely, and action\-oriented.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Define and maintain the voice, tone, and visual identity of communications emerging from the Registrar and Academic Affairs offices.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead the design and production of key academic materials such as student handbooks, academic guides, orientation kits, graduation materials, policy explainers, and academic newsletters.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ·<\/span>
