We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Associate Manager \u2013 Affiliate Growth<\/b> to strengthen our affiliate partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand our network of high\-performing publishers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the affiliate marketing industry, strong relationship management capabilities, and proven expertise in handling Media Buying Affiliates

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>Affiliate Growth & Revenue Expansion
<\/h3>- Identify, onboard, and scale high\-quality affiliates across multiple verticals.
<\/li> - Build and maintain strong relationships with media buying affiliates and key publisher accounts.
<\/li> - Drive affiliate activation, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic account management.
<\/li> - Develop customized growth plans for affiliates based on traffic sources, GEOs, and campaign objectives.
<\/li> - Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, budgets, and campaign opportunities to maximize profitability.

<\/h3>- Monitor daily affiliate performance metrics including revenue, conversions, EPC, CTR, CR, and ROI.
<\/li> - Analyze campaign trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
<\/li> - Collaborate with affiliates to improve campaign quality, traffic performance, and scalability.
<\/li> - Ensure timely communication regarding campaign updates, caps, creative changes, and optimization recommendations.

<\/h3>- Continuously identify new affiliate acquisition opportunities through industry networks, referrals, forums, events, and competitor analysis.
<\/li> - Activate dormant affiliates and increase contribution from existing partners.
