Mission
The Associate Manager, Global Experiences exists to turn Kargo's events and experiential programs into reliable engines for brand visibility and sales pipeline. This role owns the end-to-end execution of corporate events, conference sponsorships, and regional customer engagement—translating commercial objectives into well-run, on-brand experiences across national and global markets. Without it, marquee moments slip on timing, budget, or quality, and the sales force loses a key tool for accelerating relationships.
Outcomes — What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months
- Flawless event delivery: Execute the full slate of assigned events and activations on time and to spec, with zero major day-of failures and consistently positive stakeholder feedback.
- Budget discipline: Deliver every program within approved budget, with accurate periodic reporting and documented cost savings on vendor contracts.
- Pipeline-linked engagement: Drive measurable sales engagement from events—target attendee turnout, qualified introductions, and follow-up handoffs that the sales team can act on.
- Vendor leverage: Build a reliable vendor network and negotiate terms that improve value year over year, reducing reliance on last-minute or premium sourcing.
- Operational rhythm: Stand up a repeatable project-management cadence (timelines, status updates, RSVP and inventory tracking) that gives stakeholders predictable visibility into every program.
