Foot Locker is seeking a collaborative and detail‑oriented Associate Manager, Internal Communications to support communications that inform, engage, and connect our workforce. This role plays an important part in how we communicate across the company, helping employees understand priorities, reinforcing our culture, and contributing to a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who enjoys hands‑on execution, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is eager to grow their strategic communications skills. This role balances content creation with coordination and project management, ensuring how we communicate to the organization is clear, timely, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities Write, revise, and publish content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, employee emails, newsletters, and other platforms. Support daily maintenance of the internal editorial calendar, helping ensure communications are coordinated and delivered on schedule. Manage day‑to‑day updates to internal communication platforms and tools, keeping content accurate, current, and engaging. Assist in developing and executing multichannel internal communication plans that align with Foot Locker’s mission, values, and key business priorities. Partner with cross‑functional teams to support consistent messaging that is aligned to broader business objectives. Track engagement metrics and feedback to help evaluate communication effectiveness Support management of Foot Locker’s LinkedIn presence, including drafting posts and monitoring engagement, as needed. Contribute to internal campaigns that celebrate employees, recognize achievements, and reinforce company culture. Assist with execution for enterprise‑wide events such as Town Halls, Team Weeks, and milestone announcements. Champion storytelling that reflects Foot Locker’s heritage, values, and connection to sneaker culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement, ideally within a mid‑to‑large organization. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with digital communication and employee engagement tools. Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment. Benefits The annual base salary range is $75,000-$80,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
