Job Title: Associate Manager, QC, PE

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the Quality function for a new manufacturing site from the ground up. You will take ownership of both Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, ensuring compliance, product quality, and operational excellence across the full site lifecycle. From establishing systems and setting up laboratory operations to supporting audits and product release, you will play a key role in shaping a strong quality culture. This role offers broad exposure and the chance to make a lasting impact on site performance and long-term success.
Your key responsibilities
  • Establish, implement, and maintain site quality systems, documentation, GMP practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Oversee laboratory setup and daily quality control activities, including testing, product release, and equipment management.
  • Monitor quality performance, including KPIs, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and effective follow-up on audit findings.
  • Deliver quality training programs and develop team capabilities to strengthen site quality culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support site start-up, operations, and business growth.

You Bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with relevant experience in manufacturing quality.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, or Karl Fischer.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and applicable standards, including audit readiness.
  • Experience in quality control and laboratory operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lead or guide team members and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and accountable mindset.
