The role is responsible for generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for FinnOne Neo, Finnaxia, IT Services in Nigeria for building pipeline w.r.t new logos, reach out to them. Pitch Nucleus products, solutions, services to leads & convert leads into Clients Orders.
<\/div>
To execute sales strategy for Nucleus by identifying target leads, prospect leads, facilitating sales activities and providing solutions to the client which is desired and can add more value to client\u2019s businesses in order to achieve organization revenue targets.

Business Development<\/b>
<\/b><\/div>
  • Generate new business leads using existing and potential customer networks as well as build, expand same through various channels. Doing inside sales role as well.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Additionally, Collaborate and coordinate with marketing team to get the leads (prospects) that are to be approached for business development
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Enter leads into the system and maintain the repository
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Qualify the lead based on the parameters established (potential company background, leadership team, company financials etc.)
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist and provide input to senior management in formulating overall sales strategies and decision making with insights and data points for the region
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Analyze region specific markets and requirements to increase market share for the various solution areas; analyze current pipeline and build forecasts for the future

    Sales Operations and Performance management<\/b>
    <\/b><\/div>
    • Do sales pitch, resolve escalation or in case of negotiations with the client
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective customers, if required collaborate with Pre\-sales team for demonstration of product / services that is being offered
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Able to do entire sales cycle and manage same.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long\-term success and develop positive relationships with customers
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Assist in designing and creating campaigns, execute the same and monitor results. Identify prospects and pursue leads to closure
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company\u2019s reputation
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Follow up with prospects, several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Do MIS, Close Plans, CRM, battle cards for competition
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Customer retention, improving RAG status, improving VOC, NPS, Resolving VOC issues, Events & Celebrations, getting customer testimonials, ensuring participation of clients in customer meets
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Participating in various events, generating leads, ensuring joint awards with clients. Collaborating with marketing for ABM, white papers, collaterals, Fire\-side chats, webinars, round tables for leads, prospective clients, existing clients. Collaborating with marketing initiatives.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Inputs to products team on region specific product requirements for development. Also basis regulator like SAMA & others.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Should be able to do persona research, make value deck, analyze financial info., make slides. Track & analyze news for Banks, BFSI, prominent CXOs/MDs.

      Relationship Building<\/b>

      • Liaise with prospective clients & existing customers and maintain a healthy relationship and suggest upgrades while managing their account so as to increase the scope with existing clients.

      • Stay abreast with industry leading best practices and latest technologies and drive adoption of the same to increase efficiency and quality of sales operations and pitches.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned region\u2019s key clients, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Maintain healthy relationships with customers and get more leads via business relationships and word of mouth that is generated based on the quality of services that is provided to existing clients.

            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

            • MBA/PGDBM (Sales / Marketing) preferred , PMP certification preferred.

              • 10 years of experience in BFSI industry sales of software products, solutions & services.
