Experience: 3–5 years of agency experience in digital account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.

About the Role

Dentsu is looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Manager – Social Media to lead and execute impactful social media strategies for brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content strategy, community management, and campaign performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives and define relevant KPIs.

  • Manage and update content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

  • Monitor and engage with online communities, followers, and customers, while resolving queries in a timely manner.

  • Utilize social media management and listening tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and web traffic metrics to provide actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate closely with content, creative, and design teams to optimize content performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and external stakeholders.

  • Work closely with clients and senior management to present ideas, campaign updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of social media initiatives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.

  • Prior experience handling healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, hospitals, wellness brands, consulting firms, finance, or technology brands will be preferred.

  • Strong strategic thinking, content development, and copywriting skills.

  • Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, audience behaviour, and performance metrics.

  • Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, client servicing, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

  • Comfortable working from the client’s office at least twice a week.
