• Develops sourcing strategies that enhance the experience for blue collar workers, ensuring a personalized approach to project-based job opportunities • Works closely with the clients' hiring teams, ensuring all KPIs and SLA requirements regarding order-based sourcing and talent conversion from passive candidates are met • Monitors and analyzes recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process for passive and active candidates, considering blue-collar workers with limited online presence • Stays informed of industry best practices and trends in the career/ hiring space of blue-collar placements, continually assessing where Randstad can tap into project-based jobs • Leads sourcing activities/projects and drives to meet the key metrics goals as set by leadership, focusing on proactive engagement and headhunting of passive talent • Drives continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sourcing efficiency and effectiveness • Manages candidates and ensures that the most qualified candidates are shortlisted for clients' short-term engagements .
- SLA & KPI Management: You will track the team's daily and monthly hiring targets. You'll look at the data to make sure candidates are moving through the hiring stages quickly and efficiently.
- Capacity & Demand Planning: You will look at incoming hiring requests and assign work to your team fairly, making sure they can handle sudden rushes of new job openings.
- Upskilling & Mentorship: You will coach and train your team members to improve their sourcing skills, teaching them how to find hard-to-reach tech professionals.
- Advanced Sourcing Frameworks: You will build smart plans to find passive candidates (people who aren't actively looking for a job) for complex IT roles like Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security.
- AI & Tech Stack Optimization: You will guide the team on how to best use modern recruitment tools, databases, and AI sourcing technology to work faster and smarter.
- Process Agility & Continuous Improvement: You will find ways to fix delays or blockers in the sourcing process so everything runs smoothly and quickly
- Client & Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with Kyndryl’s hiring managers, sharing updates regularly, building strong relationships, and making sure we meet their expectations.
- Quality Assurance: You will check the quality of candidates your team finds to ensure only the best-vetted profiles are sent to the client.
