WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and or an equivalent of two (2) years of experience in regulated industries.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs.
    • Availability to work at 2nd shift (1pm to 9pm).
  • Experience in:
    • Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, Solidworks.
    • Application and principles of Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
    • Process Validation.
    • Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Generate and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, TQF, Process Characterization and Process Validation based on equipment capabilities.
  • Executes cost improvement, product/process, and technology transfer projects.
  • Conduct process equipment installation/operational/performance qualification studies to test their functionality.
  • Support operational qualification assessments that will validate critical operating parameters are within qualified parameters.
  • Support New Products Introduction (NPI) and Process transfer activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
