Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred degrees include Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and Industrial Engineering.
- 1-3 years related manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD and other related software applications.

Ability to read blueprints and/or drawings.

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work safely.
- Accuracy and integrity of work.
- Reliable attendance; flexibility with shift hours and times.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, coolant, or airborne particles and will work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud; hearing protection is provided and required while on the plant floor.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform regular walking, standing, bending, reaching, grasping, crouching, stooping, or kneeling.
- Use of hands and arms to grasp, handle, reach, and balance.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
