Job Description Summary:

The Associate Marketer supports the execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business objectives. This role is ideal for an individual with a foundational understanding of marketing principles and a passion for bringing brands to life through events, campaigns, and digital engagement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Associate Marketer assists with brand activation efforts, event coordination, social media support, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, collaborative, and eager to grow their marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and brand activation initiatives.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, timelines, and other support as needed.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and ensure brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Create and schedule social media content in alignment with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Provide live or post-event social media coverage, including capturing photos, videos, and key highlights.
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to comments or inquiries as appropriate.
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning.
  • Track campaign and event metrics and assist with reporting on marketing performance.
  • Assist with project management of designated partner relationships.
  • Provide general administrative support for the marketing team as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately 1–3 years of marketing, communications, event, or related experience through internships or professional roles.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with common marketing and social media management tools is preferred.
  • Experience with graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus but not required.

Annual salary range for this position is between $59,500.00 - $80,325.00 gross before taxes.
