Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with prospective and existing customers through phone calls and emails.

  • Maintain customer databases, leads, and sales records.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.

  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and business opportunities.

  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

  • Support order processing and customer documentation activities.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely customer support.
    <\/li>
  • Generate and maintain MIS reports related to marketing activities.

  • Provide administrative and back\-office support for business development initiatives.

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Any Bachelor's Degree.
    <\/li>
  • 1\u20132 years of experience in Marketing Support, Sales Coordination, Back Office Operations, or Business Development Support.
    <\/li>
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    <\/li>
  • Ability to handle customer coordination and documentation.
    <\/li>
  • Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
