Our organisation has successfully established a sophisticated\n Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) function in the past two\n years, utilising cutting\-edge tools like Alteryx and PowerBI to handle\n large\-scale data. We have collaborated closely with various programs\n to co\-design and implement effective impact measurement tools. Our\n approach includes developing comprehensive Theories of Change for the\n organisation and its programs, allowing us to seamlessly connect\n various experiences and insights. In the next three years, we plan to\n leverage our impact track record and learnings to be a leading thought\n leader in the sector and a role model of impact measurement. We are\n involved with one of the early Development Impact Bonds in education\n in India, are working on large\-scale programmes, and are staying\n deeply rooted in our exemplar schools as innovation grounds \u2013 all of\n these pioneering initiatives come together to form a strong MEL\n launchpad for the organisation.<\/span>

The (Sr.) Associate, MEL will be contributing to the Monitoring,\n Evaluation, and Learning efforts and strengthening our Delhi and\n Madhya Pradesh programs. Measuring impact is in the DNA of our\n organisation, especially as we grow and scale our work. This is an\n exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to learn more about\n measuring the impact of programs at scale, contribute to our program\n evaluation, and ensure that we are iterating on program design and\n course\-correcting, using data and evidence.<\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 Execute the organisation's MEL design and strategy to\n become a sector leader in impact measurement.<\/span><\/b> <\/span>

o Contribute to the execution of the organization\-wide MEL\n strategy, including identifying and designing mission\-critical\n indicators. <\/span>
<\/span><\/div><\/span>

o Collaborate with the MEL team on monitoring and impact\n evaluation internally, or collaborate with external agencies,\n analyse findings from such evaluations, and use learnings to inform\n program design. <\/span>

o Implement different systems and processes to improve MEL and\n program cycles. <\/span>

o Support the design of the monitoring and evaluation framework\n and the tools for different Peepul programs in Delhi and Madhya\n Pradesh. <\/span>

o Conduct regular quantitative and qualitative data collection\n and analysis and use automation/visualization tools to present data\n to internal and external audiences. <\/span>

o Ensure timely implementation of monitoring projects with a\n strong focus on execution and quality assurance, including data\n validity checks. <\/span>

o Collaborate with the program design and implementation teams to\n interpret the data and ensure that the learnings are incorporated into\n the continuous cycle of program design and implementation. <\/span>

o Develop and update data dashboards for each project in\n collaboration with partners and relevant agencies.<\/span>
