<\/span><\/span><\/b>The Associate, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning will work closely with the MEL Manager and the Delhi State Team to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) programme. The role combines field engagement, data analysis, dashboard development, and evidence generation to support programme improvement and data\-informed decision making.
This is a role that provides:

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>- Work with the MEL Manager to strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes across the Delhi State Programme.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support the development, refinement, and implementation of monitoring tools, including teacher feedback surveys, classroom observation rubrics, programme monitoring checklists, and other data collection instruments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Analyse monitoring and assessment data to identify trends, implementation gaps, and opportunities for programme improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Review the effectiveness of monitoring and assessment tools to ensure they generate meaningful and actionable evidence.
