About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Multimedia & Creative Specialist to support Employer Branding initiatives across Pune-based client accounts.
This is a high-ownership execution role that requires equal involvement in:
- Graphic Designing
- On-ground Video/Photo Shoots
- Video Editing & Multimedia Content Creation
The role is not limited to creative support alone. The individual will be expected to independently own multimedia execution end-to-end from understanding requirements and capturing content on-ground to editing and delivering final assets within quick turnaround timelines.
The role will involve working closely with Employer Branding teams, clients, leadership stakeholders, and internal teams across multiple fast-paced accounts.
Nature of Work & Role Expectations
This is a highly execution-driven and operationally intensive role.
Approximate Work Split:
- 40% – Graphic Design & Creative Assets
- 35% – On-ground Shoots & Event Coverage
- 25% – Video Editing & Multimedia Content Creation
Please note that the split may vary depending on business requirements, campaigns, and event schedules.

What You’ll Do
Graphic Design & Creative Execution
- Design creatives for employer branding campaigns, internal communications, social media, employee engagement initiatives, leadership branding, and client activations
- Create collaterals including posters, banners, standees, digital assets, event creatives, presentations, and communication materials
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand standards across accounts
- Deliver quick-turnaround creatives aligned to platform and campaign needs.
Video Shoots & Event Coverage
- Independently manage on-ground photography and videography during:
- Client events
- Employee engagement activities
- Leadership sessions
- Activations and campaigns
- Office branding initiatives
- Capture high-quality real-time content suitable for social media, reels, employer branding campaigns, and internal communication
- Coordinate directly with stakeholders during events to ensure seamless execution and timely coverage
Travel Expectations:
- The role will require regular travel to client locations across Pune based on event schedules and business requirements
- Average travel expectation: 3–4 days a week during active event/campaign periods
Equipment:
- Company-supported equipment/resources will be provided based on project and business requirements
- Candidates should, however, be comfortable and confident working with phone/camera-based shoot setups.
Video Editing & Multimedia Content Creation
- Edit reels, event videos, employee stories, campaign videos, leadership snippets, and social-first multimedia assets
- Manage transitions, subtitles, audio balancing, formatting, and platform optimization for digital channels
- Support fast-turnaround editing requirements for real-time event coverage and campaign launches
- Adapt content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and internal communication channel.
- This role requires strong working proficiency in video editing and content adaptation, beyond basic editing capabilities.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Mass Media, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia execution, video editing, or creative branding roles
- Experience in branding agencies, media, employer branding, or content-led environments preferred
