Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Scrub & Scout (General)

Epworth Freemasons is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our General Scrub/Scout team on a full-time basis.

In this key leadership role, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in the day-to-day clinical operations while contributing to high-quality patient care and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering perioperative services across a diverse surgical caseload, including breast, endocrine, colorectal, thoracic, and general specialties.

To be successful in this role…

You will either be in an ANUM role or looking to step into an ANUM role. You are a good communicator, flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients and their families. You’re keen to progress your career, learn how to lead a unit and are open to mentoring and accessing internal leadership programs that support your journey.

You will have:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
  • Previous general scrub scout experience
  • Be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes
  • A postgraduate qualification in perioperative nursing is highly regarded

The annual salary range for full time ANUM – AUD $120,595- $124,661 + super + entitlements ,depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
