<\/span><\/p>Stakeholder Management:
<\/span><\/p>- Identifying the new stakeholders as per company\nrequirement, enquiring for material and passing the information to the lead for\nfurther procedure.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Building trust with stakeholders to maintain\nstrong working relationship.<\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Increasing plastic sourcing and supply from\nstakeholders by ensuring ethical sourcing and fair price.<\/span>
<\/li>- Preparing on time reports and other documents\nrelating to load.<\/span>
<\/li>- Assisting with loading the material whenever\nrequired.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>General Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Visiting the scrap\nshop in four\-wheeler and bringing the material as per the allocated plan.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensuring daily targets\nare completed (Sourcing quantity, no. of trips).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Vehicle maintenance as\nper the checklist.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Updating Sourcing/trip\nrelated documents immediately after the vehicle is inward.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensuring timely, concise and accurate reports on\na daily, weekly and monthly basis on prescribed formats.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure professionalism always and\ndemonstrate exemplary prioritization of workload skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols\nare being adhered to at all levels of the company.<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality\nand security.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work closely with PFC team and Partners.<\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensuring\ntimely, concise and accurate CRM updates and also ensuring stakeholders are\nupdating it regularly.<\/span>
<\/li>- Help\nmanagers and teams to capture information from the field as and when required.

Requirements<\/h3>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>12<\/span>th<\/span><\/span><\/sup> Pass/ITI/Undergraduate/ Diploma/Graduate.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum 2 years of\nfield work experience and should also have good Four\-wheeler Driving Experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Fluent in Tamil\nlanguage and basic reading and writing skills in English.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Must know to use the\ngoogle map.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods,\nand routes.<\/span>
