About the Role:
We are hiring Fresh Graduates who are fluent in English and have basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Internet research. Candidates must be able to work during the night shift with changes in work hours and work days. Please check the details below for full details:


Working Hours: 1:00 PM- 10:00 PM
8:00 PM- 5:00 AM


Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Mode: Hybrid


What you'll do?

  • Review internal work trackers to identify and prioritize daily assignments and pending tasks.
  • Checking the client's calendar for scheduled investor calls
  • Registering for investors' call
  • Joining investors' calls and recording the calls as required with the provided tools
  • Uploading the recorded calls into the client's portal
  • Transcribing the calls through Audacity
  • Matching recorded calls with the transcribed calls


Who can apply?

  • Fresh graduate in any academic discipline.
  • Computer literacy, basic knowledge on Google Sheets or MS Excel.
  • Disciplined and organized, Good attention to detail, Quick learner, Positive attitude.
  • Excellent in English communication, especially in listening
  • Must be able to work during the night shift
  • The candidate must be able to adapt with major changes in work hours and minor changes in work days. Sometimes work on weekends may be required (subject to overtime payment).
