<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Take initiatives to develop\nclient relationships to develop a pipeline of projects in the agriculture\nsector<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Represent MSC at\nconferences etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead teams of 3 to 4\nmembers in assignments under supervision, which will include field visits,\nstakeholders\u2019 interaction, regular engagement with the client<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead and contribute to the\nprocess of report writing and data analysis,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Academic/\nprofessional qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Masters level degree (or\nhigher) in Business/Economics or related fields from a reputed institute<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Other relevant professional\nqualifications in line with areas of specialization<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong knowledge of agriculture\nand allied sector and the socio\-economic development issues<\/span><\/span>
<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- At\nleast 15 years\u2019 experience in agriculture and allied sector consulting or\nresearch or other relevant areas<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in the\nimplementation of government/ related projects in the fields of agriculture,\nunderstanding of policy and program assessment, <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in managing\nrelationships with various stakeholders including donor agencies, ministries, state\ngovernment, private sector players, and think\-tanks in Bihar is preferred,<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in policy\ndesign, implementation support, monitoring and evaluation of the government\ninitiatives is preferred,<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Stakeholder Management,\nclient relationship management and key resources (such as Department of\nAgriculture, Dept of Rural Development, NABARD, similar organizations etc.)<\/span><\/span>
