Responsibilities
Perform routing financial operations throughout Technology unit ( including accrual, GL booking, etc)
Develop and implement financial planning strategies (budget) to support the organization's objectives
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to optimize workforce productivity and financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between talent management and business goals
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance management, financial planning, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
