As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful product features by collaborating with tech, design, and business teams. This role demands a strong technical foundation in product management, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to solve real\-world problems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

You are expected to understand system interdependencies, deconstruct complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A key aspect of this role involves continuously exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

Product Execution: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
System & Process Mapping: Understand and document how different systems interact, identifying dependencies and edge cases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for different audiences (e.g., tech teams, leadership, marketing). Extract and use data to support your requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Technical Feasibility Assessment: Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and align with tech constraints.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
AI Integration: Work with technical teams to explore and incorporate AI/ML features into product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and user\-centric.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent, structured communication with cross\-functional teams to drive alignment and progress.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Continuous Improvement: Analyse product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve features and processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Desired Skills and Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

Experience: 1\u20132 years in product management or a related role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Tech Background: B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation, with familiarity in basic programming logic, data flows and data analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Cross\-functional Execution: Proven track record of working with development teams to deliver projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Product Exposure: At least 1 year of hands\-on product management experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve business problems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
