The Transaction Banking business provides a comprehensive range of solutions across Cash and Liquidity Management, Payments, Trade and Working Capital, and Foreign Exchange. These services are delivered through a combination of proprietary and third-party digital platforms, supporting a diverse client base including corporates, financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions.
With strong growth momentum and continued investment in its platform and capabilities, the business is well positioned to expand further and strengthen its market presence across the region.
Function positioning:
You will be supporting the development and management of Transaction Banking products, contributing to product enhancements and efficient delivery across the product lifecycle. You will be partnering with sales and internal stakeholders to support client engagement, drive product adoption and deliver measurable business results.
The role includes the following:
- Support the development, enhancement and day-to-day management of Transaction Banking products across their lifecycle.
- Contribute to product initiatives by translating business requirements into practical solutions and supporting delivery execution.
- Manage and coordinate projects related to product development, platform improvements, and process optimisation, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide product expertise, support client discussions, and develop effective sales and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. operations, technology, risk) to ensure efficient and consistent product delivery.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement based on client feedback and market trends.
- Represent the bank at industry forums, client meetings, and external events, supporting relationship development and market visibility.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive landscape, and contribute insights to support product evolution and positioning.
- Support the preparation of business cases, product documentation, and governance materials as required.
In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Transaction Banking product management within an international bank, or in treasury advisory / financial services at a leading consultancy firm.
- Proven project management experience within the financial sector, with a strong delivery track record.
- Good understanding of Transaction Banking products (payments, collections, liquidity, connectivity, trade finance).
- Strong motivation to develop into a Transaction Banking expert
- Results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow within an international environment
- Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel across EMEA entities as part of project delivery and stakeholder engagement

- Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
- 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment.

- €5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month.

The role is based in the Netherlands. All candidates need to be willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Internal employees will be supported in case of relocation.
