Associate Program Manager / Program Manager
- Contribute to the Innovation team consisting of team members from Programs, Products, Engineering, and AI/ML to build artificial intelligence\-based solutions addressing specific problems.
<\/li> - Build working relations and be the primary interface with government and non\-profit organizations in assigned geography
<\/li> - Be the team's main resource for finding knowledge and experts/expertise relevant to the problem.
<\/li> - Design, set up, and execute efforts such as data collection, clinical studies, field experiments, and pilots.
<\/li> - Write proposals or study protocols independently, with inputs from other team members
<\/li> - Work with partners and stakeholders to develop the roadmap, operational plans, and financial proposals for setting up data collection/field experimentation or rollout sites in the intervention geography.
<\/li> - Work in collaboration with multifunction teams, partner organizations, and the government to develop high\-quality program deliverables. This includes, but is not limited to, study designs, program plans, solution design, training plans, and training content.
<\/li> - Provide technical support to the identified institute/ clinical sites for successful implementation of desired program components
<\/li> - Manage the design, implementation, and monitoring of all activities to ensure necessary technical input and coordination to achieve desired results.
<\/li> - Coordinate and collaborate with government officials and other stakeholders for ongoing implementation of activities in the intervention sites.
<\/li> - Develop and produce documents like landscaping reports, research proposals, program plans, donor reports etc. as per the program need and local context
<\/li> - Undertake process documentation of lessons learned during the program implementation and best practices emerging from the intervention sites
<\/li> - Work closely with the supervisor on setting program priorities, directions, and responding to requests for technical support from relevant stakeholders.
<\/li> - Represent the organization at various forums & gatherings/meetings involving partners, government officials, and other development organizations.
<\/li> - Perform other activities, as assigned by the supervisor to achieve organizational goals.
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Experience and demonstrated ability working with government health programs, counterparts and systems at the national/state level.
<\/li> - Direct experience of independently liaising with stakeholders, development partners and government health functionaries.
<\/li> - Proficiency in writing technical and programmatic documents such as operational guidelines, assessment reports etc.
<\/li> - Technically proficient in the field of MNCH with up to date skills required for the assigned task.
<\/li> - Strong written and oral communication skills.
<\/li> - Ability to handle a variety of assignments under pressure of deadlines.
<\/li> - Microsoft Office computer skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
<\/li> - Ability to travel up to 50% of his/her time.

<\/div>QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>

<\/div><\/div>- Medical/Nursing graduate with Masters in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent
<\/li> - At least 5 years of experience working with government programs and systems for large scale public health programs
<\/li> - Knowledge of latest RMNCH program guidelines and operational components
<\/li> - Familiarity with the Indian health system, key stakeholders and relevant government policies/strategies\u2014particularly National Health Mission
