About the Delhi State Program<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>

The Delhi State Program, in partnership with the <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Delhi<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, works closely with the state\u2019s Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) initiative, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>NIPUN Sankalp<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> to strengthen teaching and learning across primary and upper primary grades (Grades 1 to 8).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Aligned with the vision of NEP 2020, NIPUN Sankalp focuses on ensuring that all children achieve grade\-appropriate foundational skills through coherent and system\-aligned efforts across curriculum, teacher professional development, classroom practice, and assessment systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

    About the role<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>

    As a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Program Associate<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>, you will take on a role in driving the successful implementation of SEF\u2019s programs at the state level. As a Program Associate, you will engage closely with schools, teachers and government stakeholders at the state and district levels, ensuring the success of SEF\u2019s education initiatives. Through dynamic classroom demonstrations, personalized support for teacher coaches, and continuous on\-ground engagement, you will empower educators to create meaningful and effective learning environments. You will support program design and delivery while ensuring alignment with SEF\u2019s mission to improve teaching practices in government schools. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

    • Assist in Design and delivery of interventions:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Work closely with SEF Team to develop engaging, contextually relevant interventions (workshops, trainings, curriculum), and facilitate their delivery to empower educators and stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Support implementation:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Conduct regular school visits/classroom observations, demo lessons for mentor teachers ensuring on\-ground adoption of best practices and providing constructive feedback through<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> coaching, data conversations, recognitions, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Execute data collection processes:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Execute structured processes for collecting qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
