This role serves as a clinical and operational support leader within the ICFIID program. This developmental position collaborates closely with the QIDP to ensure high-quality treatment planning, regulatory compliance, documentation integrity, and implementation of individualized programming. This role will also assist in coordinating clinical services while providing leadership and coaching to direct care staff to promote consistency in treatment implementation. this position bridges direct service and clinical leadership by supporting treatment planning, quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and regulatory readiness while maintaining a therapeutic, person-centered environment.
