<\/span><\/span><\/p>Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- Coordinate\nwith project managers and consultants and ensure project goals in design,\nexecution, and sustainability are met.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Have\na clear understanding of the Firm\u2019s Design Philosophy and guide the team to\nensure adherence to the same.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Refer to different sources (internal/external)\nfor reference materials to enhance knowledge, stay abreast with global\nstandards of design and technological advancements and guide the team\neffectively.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Have a clear understanding of how Façade engages\nwith Interiors, and Landscape and guide the team on the same .<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability<\/span><\/span> to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Review production of drawings, specifications,\nand construction administration tasks<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure\nthat quality control activities for all architectural elements are met.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Create and maintain the project manual and\nspecifications<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Regularly\ncontribute to Design Reviews by way of gathering and presenting\ninformation. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Conduct on\-site observations and guide team to document\nsite reviews and address RFI.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Contribute & assist in organising continuing\nprofessional development (CPD) workshops<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assist Team Lead in creating Client\nPresentation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support growth and ensure wellness of subordinates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree in architecture\nfrom an accredited institute.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Candidates must have strong design\nconceptualization and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in\nusing AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit, Photoshop, and other advanced software.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- The architect should be well versed in\narchitectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as\nGRIHA/LEED/ECBC/ WELL
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Attention to detail and commitment to producing\nhigh\-quality work.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to multi\-task and stay ahead of\ndeadlines.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Commitment to working with teams in an engaging\nand positive way.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Thorough knowledge of and compliance with\nMorphogenesis procedures and standards.
