INFORMATION AND TRIAGE

• Manage case referrals.

• Conduct intake assessments for referred clients based on the practice standards of the Code of Social Work Practice and Practice Guide.

• Refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention.

• Ensure proper documentation of referrals and intakes.

• Ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner.

COMMUNITY WORK & GROUP WORK

• Assist in implementation of community outreach / initiatives.

• Assist in implementation of groupwork sessions.

• Assist in administrative needs.

ADMIN

• Assist in facility management related functions.

• Assist in data management and reporting.

• Assist in other administrative functions tasked by Centre Management Team (CMT).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Social Work or related field such as Psychology, and other relevant fields in Social Science

• Previous experiences via internships or placements in related areas of work will be considered

• Understanding of social work values and ethics

• Understanding of work with vulnerable populations i.e. low-income families
