Position Overview: This position reports to the Manager of Audit and Assurance Services and will perform billing audits and reviews regarding compliance with US laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies. The billing auditor will set up, run and/or obtain payroll and billing queries from various back, front office and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), review data and prepare related analytics and reports. This position will also assist with the preparation of billing scorecards and other supporting reports for management, field leadership and branch personnel. The billing auditor will contribute innovative ideas for streamlining processes and work with the Audit and Assurance Services team management to implement developed ideas.
Principal Responsibilities Percentage of Time
- Complete internal and 3rd party billing reviews/audits analysis and compile reporting

- Analyze and recommend improvements to overall compliance framework and monitor appropriate follow-up actions

- Develop and maintain Standard Work Papers and Flowcharts for assurance functions

- Assists with updating billing scorecards and other periodic reporting

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance or mathematics discipline
- 2-3 years’ experience in payroll processing, invoicing, billing adjustments, reconciliations, etc
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access with intermediate to expert level in Excel.
- Experience with using Google Suite (spreadsheets, doc, slides, etc)
