The Associate/ Senior Associate will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of high \- end luxury houses. Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership & Strategic Direction<\/b>
<\/p>- Lead the conceptualization and execution of diverse housing typologies including villas, houses & resorts.
<\/li> - Establish design direction and ensure alignment with the firm\u2019s philosophy, emphasizing livability, sustainability, and contextual sensitivity.
<\/li> - Drive innovation in residential design, focusing on unit efficiency, density optimization, and user experience.
<\/li><\/ul>2. Project Leadership & Coordination<\/b>
<\/p>- Act as the primary design lead coordinating with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders.
<\/li> - Oversee integration of architectural, structural, MEP, façade, and landscape systems.
<\/li> - Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining design integrity.
<\/li><\/ul>3. Technical Expertise & Problem Solving<\/b>
<\/p>- Lead resolution of complex technical and design challenges across all project stages.

Requirements<\/h3>- Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Architecture from an accredited institute.
<\/li> - Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on residential/housing projects.
<\/li> - Proven track record of leading large\-scale housing or mixed\-use developments.
<\/li> - Strong design, technical, and project management capabilities.
<\/li> - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and relevant design tools.
<\/li> - In\-depth knowledge of building codes, housing standards, and sustainability frameworks (GRIHA/LEED/ECBC/WELL).
<\/li> - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
<\/li> - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
