Associate/Sr. Interior Designer/ Interior Designer - Corporate and Commercial interiors -New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead\n design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design\n execution.
    <\/li>
  • Create\n and present space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material\n palettes.
    <\/li>
  • Develop\n GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure on\-site implementation\n matches design intent.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate\n with the project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and\n cost\-efficient execution.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate\n with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design\n language.
    <\/li>
  • Attend\n client meetings and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution\n coordination, and design validation.
    <\/li>
  • Integrate\n sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as\n part of our SOUL philosophy.

  • Handle\n multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and\n creativity.

    • Bachelor\u2019s\n in Design with specialisation in interiors.
      <\/li>
    • Professional\n experience specifically in corporate/commercial office interiors is\n mandatory.
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency\n in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
      <\/li>
    • Strong\n knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow.
      <\/li>
    • Excellent\n communication and client\-handling skills.
      <\/li>
    • Willingness\n to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when\n required.
      <\/li>
    • Ability\n to work in a fast\-paced, high\-performance environment and manage deadlines\n with ownership.
