Associate, Treasury Services

You will handle money movement with precision and compliance. You will initiate and monitor domestic and international wire transfers related to fund expenses, investments, and investor activity. You will perform verbal call-backs and other verification procedures in accordance with internal compliance and security protocols. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Investor Relations and Fund Accounting, to ensure accurate and timely money movement. You will assist with the setup and maintenance of wire templates and wire import files for large distribution events. You will reconcile outgoing wire payments for redemptions and distributions. You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payments or instructions. You will support treasury and operations process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor domestic and international wire transfers related to fund expenses, investments, and investor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in fund administration, treasury operations, or financial services, preferably with exposure to alternative assets or digital asset funds.
• Working knowledge of wire initiation processes and banking platforms.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow procedures consistently.
• Strong communication skills, especially for cross-functional collaboration.
• Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects and clients
