Associate UI/UX Designer
Conduct user research activities (e.g. domain research, field research, surveys, ethnographic studies, expert interviews, etc)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Work on UI\-UX design as Design PoC capacity.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Collaborate cross\-functionally with Engineers, Product & Project Managers and Researchers to overcome various challenges and prioritize user experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Assist in developing and testing prototypes, proof of concept trials, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Share research findings with diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Identify new research methods, tools and techniques in order to improve our products and solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Have a formal design degree from an accredited institute with a specialization in HCD/Design Thinking OR any other Design and creative field. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>1\-4 years of in\-office experience doing human\-centered design, preferably as a UX designer/service designer <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Advanced level of working experience with Figma \-<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b>have delivered minimum 2 projects <\/span><\/span>(Must have)<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Willing to travel extensively and excited to get on the ground in rural settings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Must be fluent in speaking Hindi; multiple Indian languages is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as lab\-based usability studies, field research, usability inspections, creation of user profiles or personas, participatory design, survey research, experiment design and statistical analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of various research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
