Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional (Job Responsibilities)
• Financial Advisory: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to accurately understand clients' risk tolerance, financial objectives, and time horizons to provide tailored recommendations.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) by generating fee-based income through the strategic sale of wealth management products.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on global market trends, interest rate shifts, and regulatory changes to provide proactive and timely advice to clients.
• Portfolio Growth: Focus on growing the Bank's AUM through effective relationship management and acquisition of new-to-bank wealth clients.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all transactions and client interactions strictly adhere to bank policies, internal SOPs, and industry regulations (e.g., PDPA, AMLCFT, and Shariah Governance).


Organizational (Organizational Responsibilities)
• Building and maintaining close relationships with relevant stakeholders and supporting internal functions.
• Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in complying with audit, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other responsibilities or projects assigned under the Group or Bank’s initiatives.


Jobholder Requirements
Education/Qualification

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Required certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC (Unit Trust/Banca) as applicable to the license requirements.


Experience
• Wealth Executive: 0 - 2 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Senior Wealth Executive / Associate Wealth Manager: 3 years and above of relevant experience in wealth management or priority banking.


Special Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong drive for results.
