The Civil Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing day\-to\-day civil maintenance activities within the facility. This includes structural maintenance, building repairs, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/h3>Knowledge of civil maintenance techniques and building materials.
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of waterproofing, structural repairs, and finishing works.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and FM software (CAFM) is preferred.
