Asst. Manager Business Development (SaaS & Product Sales)

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Manager with experience in selling SaaS\-based products. An Ideal candidate must be motivated and results\-driven Sales Professional with prior experience in SaaS to join our growing team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across domestic and international markets. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Drive full\-cycle sales from lead generation to closing, with a focus on recurring revenue. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align sales strategies with business goals. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain up\-to\-date records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • 2\u20135 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Self\-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.<\/span><\/span>

      Desirable Qualification:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Experience in international / cross\-border sales, especially targeting US, UK, or APAC markets. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Prior experience selling HR\-related SaaS products (e.g., ATS, performance management, HRIS, etc.). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Understanding global HR practices and challenges is a plus. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
