Job\nSummary:<\/span><\/u><\/b> Job\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b> Order\nProcessing & Execution<\/span><\/b>: Oversee the complete order lifecycle for\ninternational markets, from order placement through dispatch and delivery.<\/span> Logistics\n& Carrier Management<\/span><\/b>:<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with freight\nforwarders, customs department, and other logistics partners to ensure on\-time\nand cost\-effective delivery.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor\ntransit performance and resolve shipment\-related issues proactively.<\/span> Packaging\nOptimization<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Define\nand implement packaging standards to ensure product safety and compliance.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimize\npackaging and container utilization to improve loadability and reduce logistics\ncosts.<\/span> Invoicing\n& Export Documentation<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare\nand review export invoices and shipping documentation in line with\ninternational trade regulations.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\ncompleteness and accuracy of documents to avoid delays or penalties.<\/span> Cross\-Functional\nCoordination<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate\nclosely with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align order\npriorities, shipment schedules, and billing processes.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Act\nas the central point of coordination for international order execution.<\/span> Process\nDevelopment & Implementation<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop,\ndocument, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for international\noperations.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive\ncontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and\nscalability.<\/span> Performance\nMetrics & Reporting<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Define,\ntrack, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to speed,\naccuracy, cost, and service levels.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare\nregular performance reports and recommend corrective actions.<\/span> External\nStakeholder Management<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage\nrelationships with channel partners, distributors, and logistics service\nproviders.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\nalignment on service expectations, performance standards, and compliance\nrequirements.<\/span> Digitization\n& Automation<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead\ninitiatives to digitize and automate operational processes to improve\nvisibility, accuracy, and efficiency.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nimplementation of ERP, logistics, or order management systems as required.<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of international logistics and export\noperations<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of export documentation and trade compliance<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Process\-oriented mindset with experience in SOP development<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data\-driven approach to performance management<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>ERP systems for order management, invoicing,\nand documentation<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Logistics and shipment tracking platforms for\ncarrier coordination and delivery visibility.<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Documentation and compliance tools for export\nprocesses.<\/span> Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reports,\ntrackers, KPI dashboards)<\/span>
