Asst Sales Manager/ Sales manager
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sales quotations, sales follow-up, sales reports, cold callings, customer visits.
- Identify key customers and establish strong relationships with key personnel's.
- Understand the requirement of each customer.
- Understanding the specific vessel technical specification to provide a customized equipment package solution.
- Collaborate with the service team where applicable to offer total solution to customer.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring good customer service & support. Address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and be updated on industry news and regulations. Understand competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Proactively engagement with customers to build strong relationships and understand their evolving needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Prepare the budget associated with proposals or contract tender.
- Negotiate and close sales with customers for complete order processing.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell across product range and make.
- Monitor sales performance and analyse variances to meet target.
- Participate in sales & marketing activities.
- Assist to resolve payment issue with customers when necessary.
