Weblineindia is looking for an AVP Sales position, having\nexperience in direct sales to USA, EU, APAC regions from India. The position is\nbased in Ahmedabad. Candidate with experience hands\-on selling enterprise Web &\nMobile application development, Custom Software\nProduct development as a Service, Staff Augmentation Services. Measures of\nsuccess includes pipeline generation, new customer development, revenue\ndelivered vs. targets, up\-sell and optimization effectiveness, client\nsatisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales and\nbusiness unit.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Should have experience of revenue generation of 1\n million+ USD/ per annum.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- 10+ years proven track record of enterprise level\n direct sales expertise into USA, EU territory.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Be able to work independently & lead a sales\n team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong working knowledge of pipeline generation,\n email marketing campaign management and/or targeting required. Prior\n experience selling into the CXO, CTO highly desired.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise\n Solutions required. Solid sales skills in finding prospective customers\n and helping with their retention.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of Value Selling Sales\n Methodology as well as the ability to forge and maintain good business\n relationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication and presentations skills\n with top\-notch customer service approach.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to remain calm in a fast\-paced work\n environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing\n problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems\n and pursuing opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/h2>- Design\n and execute GTM strategy for Value Labs offerings in territory assigned.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Promote\n company products and services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Develop&\n Execute plans and strategies, including setting the customer profile,\n target market, AVG revenue size, etc.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Build\n a sales team by hiring junior, mid\-level team members and ensure sales\n process, SOPs, sales book. Hire and setup team and decide metrics and\n targets which are measurable.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Contribute\n as a hands\-on sales manager by managing pipeline through email, phone\n & direct mail campaigns. Perform outbound contact to acquire new\n customers to sell Fidel\u2019s services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- New\n customer acquisition\- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to\n closing<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Setup\n Process, metrics and CRM tools for customer contact registration, track\n down the customer onboarding process through the CRM tools<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Put\n together the lead generation team and a partner network<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Be a\n playing manager and takes personal sales responsibility<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead /\n motivate team members through communication and follow\-ups<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Build\n strong, lasting relationships with acquired customers by understanding\n their needs and business objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Convert\n customer problems into sales opportunities and deliver engaging and\n winning proposals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain\n an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and\n annual quota objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Track,\n monitor and report sales related activity and performance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Improve\n overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts.<\/span>
