  4. Maintaining the supplier\n database, purchase records, and related documentation.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  5. Coordinating with\n inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  6. Managing the maintenance\n of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  7. Ensuring that all\n procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  8. Preparing cost estimates\n and managing budgets.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  9. Working to improve\n purchasing systems and processes.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  10. Training new employees\n in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  11. Experience in RM/PM/ Lab\n chemical Purchasing<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  12. Compare and evaluate\n offers from suppliers.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  13. Negotiating product\n pricing and contracts with vendors.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  14. Building and maintaining\n long lasting relationship with vendors.<\/span><\/span>
