As a Manager in our Assurance practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Leading financial consulting projects to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored financial solutions to meet specific business requirements
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of financial management initiatives
- Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support investment advising and portfolio optimization
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improving client outcomes
- Collaborating with clients to navigate complex financial instruments and regulatory compliance
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in financial consulting
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and client engagement
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial reporting and management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Economics, Other related fields of study
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: Associate of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Fellow of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) or Actively pursuing the Fellowship of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Certification requirement may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field and demonstrates promotion readiness
