As an ATM Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supporting ATM and Self-Service Device (SSD) installations, replacements, relocations and decommissions across the Westpac Group network.

You'll oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring device movements are completed efficiently, key systems are updated accurately, and operational impacts are minimised. Working closely with internal teams and external service providers, you'll manage installation activities, resolve issues in real time and ensure devices are commissioned and operational as quickly as possible.

This role requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential, as implementation activities regularly occur outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.

What will I be doing?

  • Coordinate the end-to-end implementation, installation and movement of ATMs and Self-Service Devices (SSDs) across the Westpac Group network, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and branches.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships including contractors, vendors, security teams and branch leaders, while providing operational support and resolving issues in real time.
  • Drive continuous improvement of ATM and SSD deployment processes, maintain critical system updates and reporting, and ensure installations are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.

What do I need?

  • Experience in project coordination, operations, service delivery or implementation-focused roles, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make decisions and resolve issues under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering operational excellence and customer outcomes.
  • Flexibility to work autonomously and support after-hours and weekend installations as required.
