Audience Activation Specialist

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of advertising technology, data operations, and digital marketing. You will play a key role in ensuring audience data is accurately activated, delivered, and maintained across a wide range of advertising platforms. Collaborating with technical and business teams, you will troubleshoot delivery issues, optimize activation workflows, and help maximize campaign performance for enterprise partners. The position offers the opportunity to work with modern AdTech and MarTech ecosystems while contributing to reliable, scalable audience delivery processes in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Accountabilities:
- Support the activation and delivery of first-party and third-party audience data across DSPs, social media platforms, data marketplaces, and other advertising partner ecosystems.
- Monitor audience delivery pipelines to ensure successful activation, scheduled refreshes, and ongoing data accuracy according to platform-specific requirements.
- Investigate and resolve audience delivery issues, platform discrepancies, match-rate challenges, and activation failures to maintain operational reliability.
- Track delivery performance metrics, proactively identify anomalies, and recommend improvements that enhance activation quality and scalability.
- Assist with operational monitoring processes, ensuring timely intervention when pipeline failures or unexpected issues occur.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to support partner integrations and ensure seamless audience activation workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for activation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and partner-specific technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, audience activation, technical operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting advertising platforms such as DSPs, social media platforms, or data marketplaces.
- Familiarity with audience delivery workflows, including API-based and file-based integrations.
- Understanding of identity resolution, audience segmentation, and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Basic SQL knowledge and strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.
