Audio Product Design Engineer
We invent the next generation of the world's finest consumer electronics. As a member of our Audio Product Design team, you would conceive, design, test, solve problems, and bring into production products that re-define the music experience. We work closely with many different multi-functional teams including Industrial Design, Audio Engineering, Radio Frequency, Safety, Hardware Engineering, EMC, Operations and Marketing. Expertly integrating so many different pieces into brand-new products means every single day is different.
Support build activities including finding root cause for failures and solutions for issues that impede build progress.
Building prototypes to validate function, manufacturability, and reliability.
Analyze data generated from builds and design of experiments.
Participate in design reviews to generate and receive constructive feedback.
Perform tolerance analyses to predict performance of mechanisms, sensors, and cosmetic.
Create specifications, detailed design and 2D documentation of parts and assemblies.
Work with operations teams to evaluate and develop supply chains capable of manufacturing new subsystems and products.
Interacting with vendors to develop manufacturing processes and tooling concepts.
