Australian Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Australian Accountant to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in foreign accounting, preferably Australian accounting practices, and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for Australian clients.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assist with BAS, GST, payroll, and other Australian compliance requirements.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Process financial transactions accurately and ensure timely reporting.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders through email and virtual meetings.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements
  <\/h3>

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience in foreign accounting, preferably Australian accounting.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
