The Australian Open is one of Australia’s largest sporting and entertainment events, powered by a passionate and diverse workforce. Many of our team return year after year, but each summer brings new opportunities for people who are excited to contribute, collaborate and be part of something special.

To be considered for AO27:

  • You will need to be available for the entire tournament period, including Opening Week (11 - 31 January 2027). You won’t be required to work every day, but your availability assists with operational planning. Some roles may have earlier start dates – you can check this document for details.

  • You must be willing to provide a valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Before you start:

  • Have your most up-to-date CV ready to upload.

  • Have a copy of a right to work document ready to upload (for example, Australian passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or IMMI grant notification, depending on your work rights).

  • Set aside a few minutes if completing the application in one go.

Submit your application:

  • Click 'Apply' to complete your application for AO27.

  • Please complete your application no later than Sunday 12 July 2026.

Next steps:

  • We will review all applications and provide outcomes or next steps by 31 July 2026.

  • You may be required to complete on online assessment and/or attend a “Team Quallies” group assessment in August. You’ll be advised if you progress to the Team Quallies by 31 July.
