AutoCAD Specialist - Freelance, Remote

About the Client
Our client is a U.S.-based architectural design and renovation studio serving residential and commercial projects across the Eastern Time Zone. They deliver end-to-end services from as-built documentation and concept development to permit-ready drawing sets and after-the-fact permits. Known for meticulous detail and client-centered delivery, they guide stakeholders from initial sketch through final documents.

Why does this role exist?
The principal’s primary bottleneck is architectural drafting, which is consuming time needed for business development and strategic growth. This role exists to take ownership of drafting and revision workflows, translate design intent into accurate drawings, and manage project-related correspondence. By doing so, the AutoCAD Specialist will meaningfully reduce the principal’s production workload and improve throughput across active projects.
