As an Automation Business Partner: you will be focused on managing projects to automate business processes. You will assess new use cases, map processes and discuss potential process improvements. Additionally, you will support the automation global product owner managing the project and solution portfolios and optimizing the resource utilization. You will interface with stakeholders to ensure that current and future needs are identified in a timely manner.
The Opportunity:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of automation solutions from idea assessment through design, deployment, testing, operation, adoption monitoring and retirement, including the creation of clear business cases, process designs, requirements and status reports.
Support the global product owner in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources, keeping the project and solution portfolio up to date, driving adoption of existing solutions and decommissioning deprecated ones in line with team OKRs.
Keep the project and solution portfolio up to date to facilitate decision-making, monitor usage of existing solutions, and work closely with automation business analysts and automation developers to support the design, deployment, testing, and operational phases.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between business lines, automation teams, and other departments to ensure regular information exchange (e.g. strategic priorities, upcoming process changes, events, pain points, etc).
Proactively generate demand for new automation use cases and foster an innovative mindset in the organization by leading workshops, brainstorming sessions, awareness campaigns, and continuous process improvement.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required, paired with 5+ years of experience in a GBS or affiliate working on regional/global projects and automation/AI initiatives.
Advanced experience creating/leading projects using RPA tools (must) and at least one of the following: Google Apps Scripts, SAP Scripting, AppSheet, AWS, GCP, and VBA, alongside an understanding of ERP systems (experience with SAP S4/HANA is a plus).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into Automation & AI specifications, plus experience in Project Management, Agile, and/or Lean methodologies is a plus.
Strong communicator (especially to senior management) with proven stakeholder management and change management capability.
Entrepreneurial mindset and has demonstrated flexibility to work in an agile, self-aligning team environment where independent decision-making and creative mindsets are valued.
